Payment Options

Sunzala currently helps buyers discover products and contact sellers directly. In-app payment is not available yet.

Buying for now

If you are interested in an item, contact the seller on WhatsApp from the product page. Confirm the product, price, delivery details, and seller information before you agree to pay.

Before you pay

Make sure you get exactly what you buy. Check product photos, quantity, size, condition, delivery timing, and the seller's contact details before completing any payment outside Sunzala.

Coming later

We don't support in-app payment right now, but we plan to add support for global and local payment systems in the future.
